Refund policy

At IYKYK Prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery on Instagram @iykykprints with clear photos of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Return shipping for damaged items is covered by us.

Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order items are also eligible for an exchange if they arrive damaged or defective. Please note that exchanges are only offered in the case of damage - not for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

How to Raise an Issue

1. DM us on Instagram @iykykprints within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share clear photos of the damaged product
3. We'll review and get back to you within 2–3 business days
